Healing Sinus



Class,

Many of you are suffering from sinus problems: mucous, inflammation, headaches and all of the above.  Not much fun, especially when it is aggravated now with the weather change and humidity.  And it kills me to watch people suffer, knowing that it’s not that hard to get well, but many people just don’t know it.  (please watch my video on YouTube:

Why do sinuses fill up with mucous?  Because, first of all, most of us eat mucous-forming food, do not fully digest what we eat, and constantly compact our poor colon.  When the colon (your incinerator and elimination system) is congested, guess where all that yucky stuff goes?  

Yes, back into your body: liver, kidneys, lungs, blood, and sinus.  In fact you can have 2 cups of mucous accumulated in your sinus.

The solution: obviously, the quickest and the most effective, which I have exercised with great results, and which doctors of the old school used, is to do the enema.  

Of course, if you’re a masochist or simply lazy, or prefer doctors prescribing medications, you will not put a little liquid in your butt.  You will wash your car, aquarium, your house, but not the inside slime and hardened compacted yuck in your own most-overworked organ.  Do I sound convincing? 

Meanwhile, there are great oils to help you stay quite reasonably well for both digestion and sinus, cleansing of the liver and kidneys.

For digestion
Young Living DiGizeYoung Living DiGize oil (only 3 drops) can be rubbed on the stomach will help your digestion and elimination.  If you prefer, you can use their Fennel oil, or any other oil which is in the DiGize blend, either internally or externally.  Simple and easy.  Here are the ingredients:  Tarragon (Artemisia dracunculus), ginger (Zingiber officinale), peppermint (Mentha piperita), juniper (Juniperus osteosperma and J. scopulorum), fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), lemongrass (Cymbopogon flexuosus), anise (Pimpinella anisum), and patchouli (Pogostemon cablin).

For sinus, inflammation and immune system
Young Living Breath Again roll on, Peppermint, Raven and R.C., and Eucalyptus  will de-congest and heal your sinus and lungs.  There is a great formula for Nasal Irrigation Regimen listed in the Essential Oil Reference, which I included here.  Tea tree and blends with it (Melrose) will help fight Candida-fungus. Thieves, thyme and basically all of the oils listed in the EDR, will help your immune system and inflammation.  Application is either by diffusing or on the skin, and internally.  I had a great success using R.C., Deep Relief roll-on with Breathe Again, and tea tree (Melaleuca Alternifolia).

For Liver
I prefer JuvaFlex and JuvaCleanse

For Kidney
            I prefer Juniper oil

For Lymph
            Lemongrass or Purification

For physical and emotional balance
            Valor and Harmony are my favorite
